If your child attends a school other than Bolton Public Schools, they must still register at the Bolton Board of Education located at 72 Brandy Street. This includes any child planning to attend a magnet school, technical high school, private school or be home schooled. Forms should be available from the school your child will attend. Proof of Residency is required each year and should be submitted to the Bolton Board of Education (72 Brandy Street, Bolton) by the start of each school year. (Proof of Residency can be any of the following: mortgage, lease and/or utility bill dated within the last 30 days).
New students attending Bolton High School must register at the High School office located at 72 Brandy St.

- State of CT Medical Form (with up to date immunizations)
